Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation of our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Develop and implement care plans that individualize patient needs and promote successful rehabilitation outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care and effective communication
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants
- Monitor and evaluate patient care outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and overall care
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Alabama
