RN Unit Coordinator – Burn Trauma, Intermediate Care - Medical/Surgical Unit
Location: Norfolk, VA
Hours: 36 per week
Shift: Weekend Days
Responsibilities: Demonstrates proficiency in nursing practice for assigned specialty area and provides clinical leadership for the delivery of nursing care in a department. Under the direction of the department manager, leads safety and quality initiatives, focuses on and simplifies workflow, and contributes to the development of staff. Increases staff satisfaction and promotes excellent (Gold Standard) customer service.
Education
- Bachelor of Science Nursing (BSN) required or Master of Science Nursing (MSN) preferred
Certification & Licensure
- Registered Nursing License (Required)
- BLS required within 90 days of hire
Experience
- 18 months of relevant nursing experience required
