Ascension seeks a Registered Nurse Clinical Lead to coordinate patient care and support clinical staff within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will supervise bedside care, mentor RNs and support staff, and ensure adherence to evidence-based protocols and regulatory standards. You will collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and patients’ families to deliver safe, compassionate, and culturally sensitive care.
