Registered Nurse Triage Guide

Providing telephonic clinical triage and support, the full-time Registered Nurse Triage Guide will engage with members to ensure they receive appropriate care while working remotely during night shifts, including weekends and holidays. Key responsibilities Engage with members via telephone and patient portal to provide clinical advice and direct them to the appropriate level of care Connect members with necessary resources, including primary care and urgent care services Monitor clinical chat queues and respond to inbound patient messages while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team Required qualifications An active, unencumbered Compact RN license or willingness to obtain additional state licenses A minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience Prior clinical triage experience in an Emergency Department, ICU, Primary Care, or Telephonic Triage setting Experience with telehealth services Ability to quickly master electronic medical records (EMR) and remote communication tools
