REGISTERED NURSE

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver specialized nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will coordinate and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support safe, goal‑oriented recovery. RNs educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals, provide accurate clinical documentation, and uphold infection control and safety standards.
