Key responsibilities Efficiently manage and document a rapid flow of incoming telephone calls from clients in a call center environment Provide accurate assessments of symptoms and concerns utilizing Medcor's Triage Algorithms while adhering to HIPAA compliance policies Monitor and track call center goals and productivity metrics, ensuring superior customer service is delivered to clients and employees Required qualifications Valid RN license and current BLS (CPR) certification Ability to handle a high volume of consecutive calls with strong technological skills and a typing speed of at least 30 WPM Willingness to work every other weekend and participate in a major U.S. holiday rotation Access to a private space in the home for patient privacy and high-speed internet (no satellite) Ability to receive and apply feedback effectively
