Key responsibilities Manage and document a rapid flow of incoming telephone calls from clients Conduct accurate assessments of symptoms using Medcor's Triage Algorithms Monitor individual and call center productivity metrics and adhere to personal schedules Required qualifications Valid RN license and current BLS (CPR) certification Ability to handle a high volume of consecutive calls Typing speed of at least 30 WPM and strong technological skills Availability to work every other weekend and major U.S. holidays Private workspace at home with high-speed internet access
