What You’ll Do
- Deliver nursing practices according to evidence-based research and standards of care.
- Communicate ongoing patient status and treatment plans with healthcare team members.
- Administer medications using advanced bar-scanning and documentation technologies.
- Document patient assessments, plans of care, interventions, and evaluations electronically.
- Provide patient and family-centered education to optimize health and wellness.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary discharges to ensure safe transitions and continuity of care.
Requirements
Education:
- BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire
Experience:
- 1+ years of RN experience required
Licenses & Certifications:
- Current and valid New Jersey Nursing license required
- BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association required
- Telemetry certification is a plus
