Ascension is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for our Telemetry Stepdown unit. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based care to intermediate-acuity patients, monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs, administer medications, and respond promptly to changes in patient status. You will collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and support staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
RNs also educate patients and families, maintain accurate documentation in the EMR, and uphold safety and infection-control standards while mentoring newer team members in a supportive, learning-focused environment.
