About This Role
The Registered Nurse - Telemetry is responsible for delivering patient care through the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This part-time role is ideal for nurses who excel in coordinating care and collaborating with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

- Pay: $42.19 - $72.88/Hourly
What You'll Do
- Deliver nursing care according to ANA Standards of Clinical Practice.
- Collect patient health data during admission and throughout the stay.
- Determine priority of data collection based on patient needs.
- Document relevant data in the medical record according to hospital standards.
- Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses/patient problems.
- Develop a plan of care that prescribes interventions to attain expected outcomes.
- Implement interventions identified in the plan of care.
- Evaluate the patient's progress toward attainment of outcomes.
- Formulate a discharge plan and communicate it throughout hospitalization.
- Assess patient/family learning needs and facilitate the education process.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- Experience: No experience in lieu of a degree accepted
- Licenses & Certifications: Current RN License in Massachusetts required
