We are seeking PRN Telemetry Registered Nurses (RNs) in Dallas TX.
EssentialDuties and Responsibilities
- Accountable for providing patient care utilizingthe Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act andhospital policies and procedures
- Demonstrates critical thinking, clinical judgment,and leadership in anticipating and planning for safe patient care delivery
- High-acuity Telemetry patients with conditionsincluding respiratory failure, sepsis, stroke, and congestive heartfailure (CHF)
- Patients with multiple comorbidities such asdiabetes and COPD
- Patients requiring advanced treatments, includingventilator support, dialysis, IV therapy, and respiratory interventions
- Setting: Long-Term AcuteCare Hospital (LTACH)
- Job Type: PRN
- Duration: Ongoing
- Shift: Days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) andNights (7:00 PM–7:30 AM)
- Pay Rate: $57-$59/hour
- Start Date: ASAP
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Telemetry nursingexperience
- Experience with high-acuity Telemetry patientpopulations required
- LTACH experience preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications through theAmerican Heart Association (AHA)
