Genesis HCC seeks a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing staff in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. You will oversee clinical care delivery, coordinate patient care plans, mentor and schedule RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, and ensure compliance with regulatory and Genesis policies.
The role includes patient assessments, care planning, medication administration oversight, and quality/safety monitoring. You will collaborate with physicians and families, support discharge planning, and model compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting continuous learning and team development.
