Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor a team of Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes and high levels of satisfaction
Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to promote effective communication and coordination of care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
Monitor and evaluate patient care activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards
Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to identify and implement best practices and promote a culture of continuous learning and growth
Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient-centered care, empathy, and respect for diversity
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN) license , current and active in the state of Connecticut
Leadership experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a long-term care setting
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on patient-centered care
