DETAILS—
- 7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m. (3x12hrs)– One weekend per month, with the same weekend assigned in each six-week schedule.
- New leadership has fostered a positive, community-focused culture, bringing the team together as one cohesive unit.
- Recent patient experience scores have reached 95%
- There are team leaders on off shifts to help support the staff.
- Better support with staffing, lower number of patients to treat compared to other step-down / PCU units!
- Must be comfortable floating to other units and caring for patients with different levels of acuity.

- $56.00/hr to $70.00/hr

- Current PA nursing license or ability to get PA nursing license.
- At least 2 years of RECENT STEP-DOWN OR PCU experience
