Mercy is seeking a compassionate Charge RN Medical Telemetry to provide leadership and advanced bedside care on our Medical Telemetry unit. The Charge RN coordinates patient flow, supervises nursing staff, and ensures safe, evidence-based care for complex cardiac and medical telemetry patients.
Responsibilities include clinical decision-making, rhythm interpretation, delegation, mentoring, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. The Charge RN supports quality initiatives, patient and family education, and fosters Mercy’s culture of compassion, respect, and professional growth in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
