Northern Nevada Medical Center seeks a Registered Nurse for our Med/Surg III Unit. The RN delivers safe, evidence-based care to a diverse adult population, including post-surgical and complex medical patients.
Responsibilities include comprehensive assessment, care planning, medication administration, wound and IV management, and accurate EHR documentation. The nurse collaborates closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, educates patients and families, supports discharge planning, and upholds all safety and quality standards in our patient-focused, community hospital environment.
