Encompass Health seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver specialized, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you’ll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll administer medications, monitor complex clinical conditions, educate patients and families, and support safe transitions of care.
