Signature HealthCARE seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver resident-centered care in our long-term and post-acute facility. The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, coordinate care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities include supervising CNAs, documenting accurately in the EMR, and educating residents and families.
