REGISTERED NURSE

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver specialized nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. As part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that support patients through complex rehab journeys. You’ll coordinate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and ensure safe transitions of care.
