REGISTERED NURSE

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you’ll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor complex clinical conditions, and support safe, goal-driven rehabilitation. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team—including physicians, therapists, and case managers—to optimize outcomes and ensure a positive patient and family experience.
