Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver specialized nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient-centered care plans, administer medications and treatments, coordinate with an interdisciplinary rehab team, and educate patients and families on recovery and self-care.
