Signature HealthCARE seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide person-centered clinical care for long-term and post-acute residents. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans; administer medications and treatments; monitor resident status; and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities include accurate documentation, resident and family education, and support of quality and safety initiatives.
