Operating Room (OR)- Surgical Services features 14 operating rooms with advanced surgical technology, including 3 da Vinci robotic systems for minimally invasive surgery. The primary goal is to ensure an outstanding surgical experience by advocating and supporting patients and families with nursing care of the highest quality.

Responsibilities

Registered Nurses in the Operating Room will circulate or scrub in various specialties, including General, Robotics, Bariatrics, Plastics, Orthopedics, Neurovascular, Spine, Thoracic, Urology, and GYN. Daily surgeries may include total hip/knee replacements, breast reconstruction, spine fusions, laparoscopic hernia repairs, and more.

Shift: Day Shift – Part Time; 12‑hour shift. Weekend Saturday/Sunday – 1.5× pay.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (required)
• Registered Nurse – New Jersey (required)
• Active New Jersey RN license (required prior to first day of hire)
• National Nursing Certification preferred
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing school or pursuit of BSN; >24 months professional nursing experience preferred
• Associate degree or associate degree in nursing with >5 years of clinical experience in a specialty may be considered

Salary

Hourly rate: $49.96 – $68.99. Specific rate determined based on experience and education.
