Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry

Role: A Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering quality patient care within a collaborative healthcare team.

Responsibilities: Manage and evaluate nursing care for a group of patients, establishing and maintaining relationships with physicians and healthcare providers. Delegate tasks, monitor patient progress, prepare patients for discharge, and participate in shared decision-making. Demonstrate leadership, partnership, teaching, and supervision skills to ensure satisfactory care completion.

Qualifications & Skills: Graduation from an accredited nursing program; RN licensure in Michigan; BLS certification from the American Heart Association; preferred BSN degree. Strong communication, judgment, teamwork, and collaboration abilities are essential.

Key Duties: Provide and delegate patient care activities, assess patient needs, and collaborate with support staff. Maintain patient safety and comfort, and contribute to a supportive work environment focused on professional growth and patient outcomes.
