Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our long-term care team at Bay Terrace Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center LLC in Dover, Delaware. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing department and ensuring that our residents receive exceptional care.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units
- Oversee implementation of resident care plans
- Conduct regular nursing unit rounds
- Ensure proper documentation of incidents, and clinical updates
- Promote a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance
- Assist in coordinating care services to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Delaware
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Previous Supervisor experience
Pay:
$100,000-105,000 per year
Shifts available:
- 3:00pm-11:00pm FT
