What You’ll Do
As a Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse , you’ll be a clinical leader, working as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver and oversee high-quality, patient-centered care. You’ll promote both the physical and mental well-being of residents through assessments, care planning, and coordination. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
- Coordinating and monitoring medical services, including medication management
- Collaborating with physicians and team members to deliver effective treatment
- Administering IVs and advanced nursing interventions
- Documenting care and ensuring regulatory compliance
Who We’re Looking For
- Active Colorado RN license (DORA)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
What We Offer
- Pay Range: $29.42-$46.20/hour (based on experience)
- Shift Differentials: $2–$4/hour for nights and weekends
