How You Will Make a Difference

• Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality.


• Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.


• Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as well as the Director of Nursing’s requirements.


• Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the facility’s written policies and procedures.

What You Need to Make a Difference

• Possess an active RN license in the state of residence.


• Current/active CPR certification.


• Customer-service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and maintain multiple projects to a high level of quality and productivity.


• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Salary Range

Up to USD $45.70 / hr.
