Job Summary

NEW INCREASED RATES. We are hiring for the following positions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements and documents nursing care.
• Delivers excellent nursing care through evaluations, planning, implementation, and documentation while serving a diverse patient population with complex concerns.
• Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.
• Promotes patients\' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of accredited Nursing Program
• Certifications and Licensure: PA Registered Nurse Temporary Practice Permit or Registered Nurse License; ACLS; BLS
• Progressive/Telemetry: 32-bed unit with telemetry capabilities; cardiovascular and cardio-respiratory patient mix; PCU level of care considerations (e.g., vasoactive drug administration, invasive monitoring, sepsis, DKA) as applicable
