Job Description

Health Care 4 All is hiring compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for private duty, long-term care in Orlando, Florida . This is a 12-hour night shift Saturday and Sunday 7am-7pm/ 7pm-7am position providing one-on‑one care in a home setting. You’ll care for medically complex clients, including pediatric and adult patients, delivering individualized, high‑quality care as an independent contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overnight, one-on‑one skilled nursing care in Orlando, FL
• Monitor and respond to changes in client health status
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Document all nursing care accurately
• Communicate effectively with care teams and family members
• Ensure compliance with clinical and legal standards
• Provide emergency interventions (e.g., CPR, First Aid) if needed

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida (Required)
• Fluent in Spanish (Required)
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Comfortable working independently in home environments
• Availability for (12-hour) shifts in Orlando.

Preferred Experience

• Private duty, home health, or long‑term care (LTC) experience
• Pediatric or medically fragile patient care
• Familiarity with G‑tubes, trach care, or ventilators a plus
