Requirements

Active Massachusetts RN license
Minimum 2 years of recent PICU experience
Current BLS & ACLS (PALS strongly preferred)
Ability to pass background screening

Responsibilities

Provide high-acuity pediatric patient care
Administer medications, treatments, and ventilator support
Monitor and document patient conditions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary pediatric care teams
Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety standards
