Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatric Surgery

Position Summary

• The Staff Nurse demonstrates the knowledge and skill necessary to provide clinical care and supervise department partnerships to achieve positive patient outcomes.
• The Staff Nurse demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life-span, and possesses the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status, and interpret the appropriate information required to identify needs of the patient relative to his/her age and condition.

Minimum Requirements

• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Current license as a RN in the state of North Carolina.
• Demonstrates competencies in nursing practice.
• Basic computer skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay Range

• Staff Nurse (outpatient) hourly range > $30.00 - $43.73
• Final compensation is determined at the offer stage.

Other Information

• Location/Department: ECU Department of Surgery (outpatient) - Greenville, NC
• This position is full-time (40hrs/week) - Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm with travel to Richlands, NC one Friday per month for outreach clinic
• No nights, weekends, holidays or call
