Job Type: Full Time | Days/Nights

$20,000 Sign-On Bonus for Night Shift with a 2-year commitment for eligible candidates.

Schedule: 3x12s, night shift (7p-7a). Weekends and Holidays required.

More About Our Team

Join our team in a 22-bed Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Telemetry unit with a nurse‑to‑patient ratio of 1:5. We are staffed with RNs, CNAs, Telemetry Techs, and unit secretaries, providing specialized care for patients primarily diagnosed with respiratory failure and cardiac conditions. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, utilizing advanced cardiac monitoring technology to deliver high‑quality patient care and ensure optimal outcomes for our diverse patient population.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs
  • Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions
  • Provide care appropriate to the patient’s condition and age
  • Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
  • Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
  • Perform timely and accurate QI assessments

What We’re Looking For

  • Current North Carolina or compact state Registered Nurse license and an associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire
  • AHA ACLS and PALS certification required within six months of hire
  • One year of experience preferred
  • Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision; ability to work under pressure and act appropriately
