Registered Nurse (RN) - PCU - Progressive Care Unit

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) to provide high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care for assigned patients per shift and at the unit level.
• Supervising staff to ensure appropriate care delegation and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and infection control.
• Coordinating and planning patient care within the medical regimen, ensuring optimal discharge outcomes.
• Supporting hospital emergency protocols and performing all assigned roles during emergencies or disasters.

Qualifications And Skills

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Current license, certification, or registration to practice as a nurse in the state.
• CPR certification.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing.
