Where You Will Work

3 South is a 35-bed inpatient unit serving patients with orthopedic surgical, urological, gastrointestinal, and varied medical surgical interventions, treatments and diagnosis. The patient population provides a wide variety of learning opportunities and skill development. The team is highly supported by leadership that encourages staff growth and opportunities to make a difference in patients’ lives.

We’re Looking For

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Newly licensed RN’s and experienced RN’s welcome!
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Be part of a highly skilled, collaborative, and versatile team committed to ensuring compassionate, quality, patient-centered healthcare to a diverse patient population

What You’ll Do

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
