Job Summary: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated RNs and LPNs to join our skilled nursing team. As an RN or LPN at Allure of Zion, you will provide resident-centered care, administer medications and treatments, monitor and report changes in resident condition, and support and guide our care staff. Our team-oriented environment is the perfect setting for those who thrive in a collaborative and supportive setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, resident-centered care
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Support and guide CNAs in delivering high-quality care
• Document care accurately in the EMR
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care

Requirements

• Active Illinois RN or LPN license
• Current CPR certification
• Long-term care experience preferred (not required)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills
• A compassionate and resident-first mindset
