• Hours: 35.3 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, every other weekend and holiday rotation
• Pay Range: $47.85 – $67.04 per hour (New Jersey)

Qualifications – Required

• BSN required or actively enrolled in a BSN program with expected completion date.
• IV certified from an approved facility or complete IV certification during orientation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet system staffing needs.

Qualifications – Preferred

• 2–3 years of nursing experience required; operating room experience preferred.
• Will consider new graduates who complete a peri‑op 101 course.

Certifications and Licenses Required

• CNOR certification preferred.
• Active NJ RN license or compact RN license with NJ endorsement.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Scheduling Requirements

• Evening Shift: 35.3 hours per week, 4:00 PM‑12:00 AM.
• Monday‑Friday, every other weekend and holiday rotation.
• Full time.
• On‑call required.

Essential Functions

As an OR nurse you will participate in complex surgeries using state‑of‑the‑art technology. An OR nurse plays an integral part of the perioperative team, advocating for patients under anesthesia or sedation. The team works cooperatively with multidisciplinary staff to maintain professional standards in the perioperative setting, participate in shared clinical decision‑making, and provide inspirational leadership and supportive care.

Other Duties

Must be able to scrub and circulate in the following services: vascular, endovascular, neuro‑vascular, neuro/spine, robotics, thoracic, trauma, and general.
