Position Summary
Operating Room RN located in Anderson, IN, will be part of a professional care team responsible for circulating and scrubbing on a variety of surgical cases. The RN will collaborate with all members of the care team to provide exceptional care and compassion to patients and families, and will adhere to the AORN guidelines and standards for perioperative nursing.

Qualifications
- Graduate of National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or have three years of related professional nursing experience.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
- Possess strong written, verbal and nonverbal interpersonal and professional communication skills, and demonstrate ability to prioritize, organize and multi‑task.
- Be able to take direction well but also be self‑directed and motivated, with a high degree of responsibility and responsiveness.
- Prefer prior operating room experience.
