Seeking a compassionate and self-motivated Registered Nurse (RN) - Multi-State Licensed, the full-time remote Care Advisor will provide telephonic clinical assessments, health education, and utilization management services while engaging with a diverse patient population. Key responsibilities Conduct nursing assessments and provide clinical evaluations using telecommunications in line with established protocols Utilize critical thinking to identify patient care needs, risk factors, and appropriate healthcare referrals Adhere to nursing standards and company policies while processing calls based on quality management guidelines Required qualifications Current, unrestricted RN licensure in a compact state and residence in a compact state Minimum of an associate degree in nursing; BSN preferred At least 3 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in ER, adult and pediatric care, or acute care settings Ability to manage multiple computer programs simultaneously and apply clinical knowledge effectively Bilingual skills are a plus
