This position involves providing direct and indirect patient care in a clinical setting. The nurse collaborates with physicians, leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes . Responsibilities include assessing patients accurately, administering prescribed medications, and delivering age-appropriate care. The role requires patient education , prioritization , and assisting with procedures, with a focus on maintaining patient safety and dignity.

Key Duties

• Assess patient conditions and formulate care plans.
• Administer medications and perform treatments using nursing knowledge.
• Communicate effectively with the care team and assist physicians with procedures.
• Address psychosocial needs, including family education and social services coordination.
• Practice cost-effective resource management and promote safety.
• Engage in lifelong professional learning.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Licensed RN with BLS certification (within 14 days of hire).
• Computer literacy required; ACLS/PALS certifications preferred.
