- Deliver exceptional acute care and swing bed services, upholding the highest standards of evidence-based practice.
- Assess and evaluate patient health data to develop and execute personalized care plans.
- Provide supportive therapies and restorative treatments to promote life and well-being.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, addressing medical, social, and spiritual needs with cultural and age-appropriate care.
- Execute delegated medical functions and monitor therapy and treatment plans for efficacy.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation of all patient care activities.

Summary
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum of an Associate’s Degree (ADN) from an accredited nursing program, BSN preferred.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must maintain current, active license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado. Must maintain current CPR. Must maintain current ACLS and PALS certification or within 60 days of employment.Employment offers are contingent upon successfully fulfilling all pre-employment requirements, including a background check, drug screening, and verification of current immunizations.
