Schedule Details: Night Shift 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m., three 12‑hour shifts, weekend rotation required

Pay Range: $38.20 – $57.30

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing program
• Minimum of 2 years of inpatient nursing experience
• Active, unrestricted RN license (multi‑state compact and/or state‑specific as applicable)
• BLS certification
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and ability to adapt across multiple units

Preferred

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

What You’ll Do

• Deliver safe, patient‑centered critical care using the nursing process, clinical judgment, and evidence‑based practice—monitoring complex patient conditions, administering treatments, and adapting care across multiple Med Surg settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across units to drive optimal outcomes—promoting safety, maintaining accurate documentation, supporting communication and delegation, and maintaining flexibility to meet patient care needs.
