New Graduate RN – 10 Ardmore East, Med Surg – Nights

Location: Winston Salem, NC, United States

Schedule: 40 hours per week, 3–12 hour shifts, nights 7:00 pm–7:00 am, rotating weekends and holidays.

Pay Range: $38.20 – $57.30 per hour.

About This Location

10 Ardmore East is a 16‑bed Medicine Floor that primarily serves our Family Practice service line. Patients are cared for by our team on this floor when they need inpatient care. The hospital is part of the Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, a nationally recognized academic health system in Winston‑Salem, NC.

What You’ll Do:

• Play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.

We’re Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the nurse practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
