Requirements

• Active RN license – Texas or Compact
• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience
• Recent experience in a hospital, LTAC, or inpatient rehabilitation (IRF) setting
• Current BLS certification required
• Must be able to commit to at least 2–3 shifts per month
• Ability to pass required background screening

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to medical/surgical patients
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Provide patient and family education
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
