You ll step into a nursing role providing care to seniors in outpatient and community-based settings. You ll conduct assessments, coordinate individualized care plans, manage medications, and help older adults remain safely and independently in their homes. • You hold an active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license

• You have strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills

Compensation & Benefits
• Annual salary: $80,000 $104,000
