We re hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) who wants a predictable weekday schedule, meaningful work with older adults, and strong benefits.

You ll step into a clinical role focused on caring for seniors in both outpatient and community-based settings. You ll provide direct nursing care, complete initial and ongoing assessments, and develop individualized care plans that help patients live safely and independently. You ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team while maintaining autonomy in your nursing practice.

What makes you a great fit
• You hold a clear and active Massachusetts RN license
• You have at least 2 years of recent RN experience
• You re comfortable providing care in both clinic and home settings

• Primary care or geriatric nursing experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $80,000 $104,000 based on experience
