You ll step into a clinical role focused on caring for seniors in both outpatient and community-based settings. You ll provide direct nursing care, complete initial and ongoing assessments, and develop individualized care plans that help patients live safely and independently. You ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team while maintaining autonomy in your nursing practice.

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $80,000 $104,000 based on experience
