As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Allure Quad Cities, you will provide high-quality nursing care, support resident well-being, and play a vital role in delivering safe, resident-centered care while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary care team. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians or supervisors
• Assist with developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care outcomes
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

• Current RN or LPN license in the State of Illinois
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
