Registered Nurse – Labor/Delivery/Recovery/Postpartum

Contract: 13 weeks, Shift: Nights, 3 x 12s (7:00 pm – 7:00 am)
Assignment Details
Guaranteed hours: 3 shifts per 13-week contract
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years RN experience required
- Community hospital experience preferred
- Travel experience required
- Licensure must be current at time of submission
- Required certifications: BLS, FHM, NRP
- Charting system: Epic required
Responsibilities
- Monitor fetal well-being and manage labor, including support for vaginal delivery and C-section assistance
- Provide antepartum and postpartum care, including triage and breastfeeding support
- Perform neonatal assessments and basic resuscitation, as needed
- Administer medications and manage IV therapy as required
- Engage in interdisciplinary support for patient care
Compliance / Notes
Parking details will be provided. Orientation is 16 hours. On-call: 2 mandatory on-call shifts per 6-week schedule. Weekend requirement: 4 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule plus 2 Fridays per 6-week schedule.
