Registered Nurse – Interventional Radiology
Shifts will be any day Monday through Friday with weekend call. On-call requirement is 7 days per month, which includes 1 weekend per month (Friday to Sunday PM) and 1 day per week.
Start date: ASAP
2 years of experience in a lab setting as an Interventional Radiology RN or Cath Lab RN required.
Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, CCI RCES or CCI RCIS, NIHSS.
Sedation skills required.
Epic experience required for Interventional Radiology RN or highly preferred for Cath Lab RN.
Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are preferred.
Pending licenses are not accepted.
Must include requested time off at the time of submission.
Administer sedation and monitor patients during procedures.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care.
Maintain a safe and sterile environment in the lab.
Document patient care activities accurately in the electronic health record.
Respond to emergencies as necessary and provide necessary interventions.
Educate patients and families regarding procedures and post-procedure care.
