Requirements and Qualifications
- Must have 2 years of ICU/CCU experience during the past 3 years
- Updated resume
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA or Red Cross certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – AHA or Red Cross certification
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
- Current driver’s license (DL)
- Active Arizona or Compact RN license
