This role focuses on providing exceptional nursing care and supporting patient recovery in a specialized rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs
- Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions
- Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient
- Perform timely and appropriate documentation related to medical necessity in the medical record
- Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
- Perform timely and accurate QI assessments

Qualifications
- Active state or compact state RN license
- Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred)
- Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience
